WELCOME TO THE 28TH ANNUAL US OPEN 2008 SAND CASTLE COMPETITION!
This IMAGINATION sand creation was beyond outstanding! (Masters Division "A" Second Place: ARCHISAND
Many were in awe of the craftsmanship of this creation.
Even the back of this creation was fantastic.
Don't stop for gas! Gas Relief.

Check out the gas hose wrapped around the person on the ground to the right.
This creation had animals swimming around.
There was a very large hippo, elephant and alligator that looked very real. Outstanding!!!
Here is another view where the alligator is coming straight for you!
You will fall in love with this Family at the beach.
You will want to grab this little boys pudgy cheeks. They did such an outstanding job!
Even in sand this little girl is cute.
The King has two thrones was incredible.

Even the whiskey barrel looks real!
This huge guy was actually coming out of the ground!

This was a unbelievable creation of a Dragon!

This Old Castle looked very old and had been there for a long time.

Here is a huge creation for Yamaha Sand Wallowers.
This Yamaha creation had everything from a lobster playing a keyboard...
...to a banjo playing starfish...
to a bongo playing octopus!!!
It even has two goldfish groupies!!!
Remember, when you are walking towards the beach take notice of the electrical boxes.
